1. Overview
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Tsinglin Micro Motors Limited through our website: https://micronixmotor.com.
As our products are industrial components, micro motors, precision parts, and customized motor solutions, returns and refunds must be handled according to the product type, order status, customization requirements, and actual product condition.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
For standard products that are in stock or regularly available, we usually arrange shipment within 7 working days after receiving full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
For customized products, including custom motors, modified specifications, special shafts, connectors, cables, windings, gearboxes, housings, or other non-standard requirements, the production and delivery time may be longer. The final delivery time shall be subject to the quotation, order confirmation, or mutual agreement between both parties.
Courier or freight delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, destination country, customs clearance, logistics provider, and agreed trade terms.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the goods.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, documents, and any supplied parts.
- The product must not have been modified, soldered, assembled, tested under abnormal conditions, or damaged by improper use.
- The return must be approved by us before the product is sent back.
Products returned without prior written approval may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of industrial and customized products, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by us:
- Customized products
- Products made according to customer drawings, samples, specifications, or special requirements
- Products with customized shafts, cables, connectors, windings, gears, housings, labels, packaging, or electrical parameters
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, disassembled, soldered, damaged, or tested improperly
- Products damaged due to incorrect voltage, overload, improper wiring, unsuitable controller, wrong installation, or misuse
- Products ordered by mistake due to incorrect model selection by the customer
- Clearance items, sample items, or specially discounted items, unless otherwise agreed
- Products returned without original packaging or necessary accessories
5. Quality Issues, Defective Products, or Wrong Shipments
If you receive a defective product, damaged product, incorrect model, or quantity discrepancy, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
To help us verify the issue, please provide:
- Order number
- Product model
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Quantity affected
- Description of the problem
- Test conditions, voltage, current, controller, load, and application information if applicable
After verification, we may provide one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Technical support
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Repair
- Partial refund
- Full refund, if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved
We reserve the right to inspect and test the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card company, or payment service provider.

7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

8. Order Cancellation
For standard products, order cancellation may be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for shipment.
For customized products, once production, material preparation, engineering work, or customization has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled or fully refunded.
If cancellation is requested for a customized order, any material cost, engineering cost, production cost, handling fee, or other incurred cost may be deducted from the refundable amount.
9. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied due to our error.

10. Return Shipping
If the return is caused by customer reasons, including wrong model selection, change of mind, incorrect order information, or project cancellation, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related charges.
If the return is caused by our confirmed product quality issue or shipping error, we will discuss a reasonable solution with the customer, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or shared shipping arrangement depending on the situation.
Returned products should be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged during return transportation.
11. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and other destination charges are usually the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a package is refused, returned, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties, incorrect delivery information, import restrictions, or customer-related reasons, related costs may be deducted from any refund.
