We design and manufacture inrunner brushless DC motors:
Frame diameters from Ø8mm to Ø57mm,
Frameless diameters from Ø25mm to Ø115mm,
Internal rotor (In-runner) designs available in both slotless (coreless) and slotted (iron core) configurations,
Winding voltages from 6V to 48V, with 12V and 24V windings available off-the-shelf for sampling,
A range of matching gearboxes with ratios from 1:4 to 1:3372,
A range of matching encoders providing ABN and UVW outputs, including dual-encoder configurations,
Integrated digital Hall sensors on frame diameters above Ø8mm,
Integrated electronic options including optional built-in driver boards,
System integration services including bespoke Host PC software and controller firmware development.
