Operation Instructions

  1. Connect the power cable. Make sure the forward/reverse switch is set to the middle neutral position before connecting the DC power supply. Ensure the DC voltage ranges from more than 10V to less than 36V, and the output power of the power supply matches the operating demand of the motor. Do not reverse the positive and negative terminals of the DC power supply, otherwise the speed controller may be damaged.
  2. Connect the motor; the motor wires have no positive/negative polarity distinction.
  3. Control Switch: The forward/reverse switch controls the rotation direction of the motor. The motor stops running when the switch is at the neutral position.
  4. Potentiometer Knob: Turning the potentiometer knob changes the output duty cycle of the speed controller, thus adjusting the motor speed.

Wiring Guide for 0–10V External Voltage Control

This speed controller supports speed regulation via external DC voltage. Follow the steps below:
  1. Remove the potentiometer (you may detach it from either the circuit board side or the potentiometer side as needed).
  2. Connect the 0–10V DC control signal to the middle pin of the potentiometer.

Incorrect wiring is strictly prohibited. If the motor burns out due to wrong wiring, the seven-day free return and exchange service will not be available. Damage to the motor caused by improper wiring is deemed man-made damage and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
